IT Badge

British Computer Society

The British Computer Society (BCS), the professional Institute for the IT industry, has agreed to sponsor the five Staged IT Badges for the next three years. The Society, which was formed in 1957, exists to provide service and support to its members. In this role it also promotes The European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL).

This is a European wide qualification where individuals can demonstrate their competence in computer skills. BCS will be providing web based resource to support the badges and further information will be available soon. Resources for Stages 1 and 2 can be found here:
