Our Centenary
Celebrating 100 Years of Scouting!
In 2007 Scouting will celebrate its Centenary with a programme of events and activities in the UK and worldwide.The world will come to the UK for the 21st World Scout Jamboree, the highlight of the World Scouting calendar.
2007 will be an occasion:
- to demonstrate the unity of World Scouting
- to promote a more peaceful world
- to provide enjoyable and beneficial experiences
- to demonstrate a commitment to nature and the environment
- to show concern for all communities
